How They Met: From the Virtual World to Real Life
Their unique love story began online while playing the popular video game Final Fantasy 14. After building a deep connection through the virtual world, Louise took a leap of faith and flew to meet Ryan in person on November 20, 2021, a pivotal moment that confirmed they were meant to be. Since then, they have focused on growing together, communicating openly, and continually bringing out the best versions of one another.
That strong foundation of kindness, thoughtfulness, and partnership ultimately led to a sweet proposal on August 25th, just the day before Louise’s birthday. Following church and a little local shopping, they enjoyed a casual birthday dinner. As they walked back to the car, Ryan slipped behind her to open the door. When Louise turned around, she found him down on one knee, ready to ask the big question.
