There’s something especially magical about a fall wedding in Florida, and this stunning celebration at the Palmetto Marriott Resort was no exception. With vibrant fall florals setting the tone, the couple exchanged vows beneath swaying palm trees overlooking the water—a picture-perfect ceremony filled with golden sunlight and joyful tears. Afterward, they soaked in the moment together during newlywed portraits, including dreamy wind-swept veil shots and a few fun frames in front of the iconic Siesta Trolley. As the sun dipped lower, they headed into the resort to celebrate with family and friends, dancing the night away surrounded by love and laughter.
The Proposal
We were engaged on October 15th 2023. He proposed to me at the rose garden at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota which is one of my favorite places to go. My best friend and her boyfriend were here visiting, and I thought we were just bringing them there to see the museum and he completely surprised me. Once he started digging in his pocket my heart was beating so fast and of course he was calm, cool, and collected. The easiest yes of my life!
Wedding Day Vision
Our vision it a small intimate ceremony surrounded by our closest loved ones with a fall beach vibe and then of course a fun party with lots of dancing!
